Statement of Peer Review

The editorial staff will initially review each article that is submitted, and if any content is missing or the correct files were not uploaded, the manuscript will be returned to the authors. If the editors initially approve the manuscript and if all required contents are listed, the manuscript will be sent out for review.

Initially, the editorial board member handles the paper and may designate the reviewers for the submitted manuscript, or the editorial staff may do so. The editor selects one of the four reviews based on the reviewers' comments (Accept, Reject, Accept with minor revision or Accept with major revision). recommendations.

Peer reviews may be conducted in different ways by journals. Several diverse peer review models are described in our guide to understanding peer review, including:

  1. Single-anonymous peer review
  2. Double-anonymous peer review
